Happy leap year :: February 29th, 2004 ::
Happy leap day. I’m taking advantage of this additional day of February to sneak in a post for this month. In part it’s simply because I don’t want any more blank months in this site’s archives, but I also thought it might be nice to provide an update on how my life is going these days. If not for those loyal readers who still check in from time to time, then at least for posterity’s sake.
I am, as you may have guessed, busy. However, I’m headed into a week-long break now, so the insane business I went through last week should abate now. We have spring break early at my school, most likely so it coincides with town meeting day. I guess that makes sense, but still, it’s strange to have something called “spring break” when there is nary a sign of the season anywhere. In spite of that, I’m still taking advantage of the time. I’m heading back to Milwaukee next week, to visit family and some friends, and work on reviewing materials for my five classes. It’ll be good time, I think, and a much-needed respite from the work that’s been occupying most of my time over the past week or so.
Oh and if you’re in Milwaukee and you’d like to get together for coffee while I’m in town, be sure to drop a line (gregATpageswithinDOTcom). It’d be nice to catch up.
