Baby :: April 13th, 2003 ::
I don’t think I need to talk too much about the instability we’ve seen lately. You’ve heard about the rioting and the looting and the general anarchy we’ve caused, and I’m sure you’ve heard about our willingness to take on whoever might be next. It’s scary. Scary, scary, scary.
However, I heard some good news last week. And this is some off-the-charts good news. Jeremy and Lynn became parents last week, and I think no matter who you are, what your disposition is, how depressed you are about everything else in the world, or how any of that might influence the way you look at it, that’s some of the best news possible. No news is better than when great people become parents of a healthy new baby. They will truly be great parents.
Finally, something to feel good about.
